Toronto, ON
40+ year old luxury high-rise condominium at Yonge and Bloor, in the heart of Toronto, managed by Esbin Property Management.

Areas of Support:
Owner Communications and Issues Management: Organized correspondence with owners through a single-point contact to ensure streamlined communications. This was done by developing tracking tools to adequately triage, action and measure all comments, questions and concerns with the goal of minimizing disruption to owners. Additionally, proactive maintenance of communication tools, including one-on-one consultations, instructional letters, newsletter updates and in-person meet-and-greets were developed.
Project Management and Coordination: Efficient management of the project through a proactive and coordinated approach that communicated timelines and deliverables through tools such as a master schedule and contact database. We promptly addressed unforeseen activity such as supply chain shortages, accommodation requests, and sudden weather-related issues.
Stakeholder Management: Dedicated go-to team that ensured the flow of communication and acted as a liaison between committees, the corporation, contractors and owners to ensure stakeholders were adequately updated. By prioritizing these relations, we ensured active involvement by key stakeholders throughout the process to manage expectations.
“Natalie and her team have been invaluable in helping to keep track of the many intricate details a project of this scope entails, as well as advance communications with our owners to ensure they were supported throughout what is a very intrusive project. ”
